Russia's moonshot hope 'not a dream'Moscow (Voice of Russia) Aug 30, 2012 Russia has proposed a joint project with Kazakhstan and Ukraine to build a heavy rocket capable of launching manned missions to the Moon. It believes this project could be accomplished within three years.
