Avoid Swimming In Interplanetary Lakes
Tel Aviv, Israel (SPX) Sep 23, 2010
Titan, one of Saturn's moons, is the only moon in the solar system with an atmosphere - ten times denser than the atmosphere of Earth. Five years ago, the Cassini-Huygens mission to Saturn, a collaboration between the European Space Agency and NASA, sent a probe through Titan's atmosphere, revealing that Titan is home to a landscape that includes hills, valleys and most notably lakes. Chandrayaan-2 Will Try Out New Ideas And Technologies
Bangalore, India (SPX) Sep 08, 2010
Chandrayaan-2, the proposed second Indian mission to moon, would undertake "extremely good" experiments and try out new technologies but accommodating foreign payloads on board does not appear to be a possibility at this stage. The first edition of the moon odyssey had six foreign payloads and five Indian ones on board but heavy orbiter (satellite) and lander weight this time has put const ... more
